Jack knew what type of buyer was required for an over 55 village. Knew that it had to be a cash sale. Jack always had new idea's on how to advertise and when to have inspections. Each week he changed the advertisement to cater for new potential buyers, we were always informed by Jack as to the progress of the sale and looking to get us the best price.
