Unfortunately, our experience of buying through Torres left us feeling like undervalued and embarrassed. Nikki and Jack repeatedly promised us a gift as part of the purchase and told us they were simply waiting until we had moved into the property. More than six months have now passed since we moved in, and despite their promises, this simple token of appreciation was never fulfilled - even though there was a table full of gifts for other buyers when my sister in law collected the keys for us. It’s very disappointing.
