As a first time seller we couldn't fault him

Jack was our first point of contact, when he called, regarding our interest in selling our home. We were not intending to sell, but my mum's home was vacant, due to her going into aged care. An appointment was made to meet with Jack and Grace and an amazing journey began. Jack was our information provider prior to the auction. After every open house he texted details of the number of interested people who inspected and we received weekly, a detailed description of the previous week's activity. We were always kept in the loop and any questions answered immediately. I always felt of him as a friend and couldn't fault his manner or co-operation during that time. Thanks Jack for making it easy.
