Jack is a charismatic young man. I had some doubts at the start whether the property would sell with the difficulties causes by the coronavirus crisis. Jack kept us assured through the whole process. Not being an emotional person i under estimated his ability i am sure. Jack is the type of person that goes out of his way to keep everyone motivated both buyer and seller. He would assure me when we had some very low offers that these people may be different once the property came up for auction. He had so many people through i can honestly say i was shocked. The number of people he got to register to bid was outstanding. During the nervous part of the auction he would come in a reassure us things were going well. In the end we got $50k more then we asked for. Given the timing of the auction i can only say that was unbelievable. Make sure if you go to auction you also get the same auctioneer but more importantly get talking to Jack and i am sure you won't be sorry. He is the sort of agent where he will even help you negotiate with your new dwelling. When we move i hope to still be able to talk to him. He is a thorough gentleman.
