Jack understood the local market and the people in there. He knew where we needed to pitch the property and was in constant communication bot verbally as well as text and email to keep us informed as to the developments. We came to selling our property thru Jack and gave him free rein with both price and feedback. Jack was honest and gave us constructive feedback that we worked with in order to sell our property. Jack was always hot on the heels of potential buyers and kept us in the loop at least 2 to 3 times per week with updates. I couldn't fault Jack's communication and attitude. Sadly, the price we got for our property was not to what we'd expected but it was no fault of Jack's, rather, the market. You could see that Jack was doing everything he possibly could to help us and push us through it. If we were to ever sell in Ocean Grove again, we'd use Jack again, there is no question.
