Honest, down to earth approach

Jack impressed us from the word go as our mum had recently passed away and he showed compassion and respect. His advertising broacher was so no frills it was actually quaint. He spent as little time as possible during the initial visit, as I had told him we were really just getting a rough idea. He left no stone unturned to give us the best possible outcome and we are still stunned at what this wonderful young man achieved on our behalf. He made the entire process so easy and at times quite funny.
