Jack knew not only what the market was doing in our suburb, he also had an understanding of surrounding areas. Jack kept us up to date on what buyers are around and their thoughts on our property. Jack also had great relationships with some of the prospective buyers who inspected our property.

All too often we hear empty promises, slogans and jargon when it comes to real estate agents. Sorry guys, I know it's a stereotype but sadly it's often true. So, when Jack, from Morgan Hayes, came to give his pitch, let's just say I took everything he said with a large dose of cynicism. However, Jack is the exception to the rule. His market knowledge is accurate. He discussed the marketing and sales process in real language, making sure we understood everything that was going on, every step of the way. He was sensitive to our particular circumstances and was always ready with an update or an answer to any questions we had at any time, during and even after the sales process.
