It was a Saturday and was close to closing time ie packing up and leave the office, but Jack was extremely professional when we requested to view the property at the last minute. He met us at the property and showed us around, all the while being extremely polite, helpful and friendly. He was honest, pointed out all the issues with the property and letting us know what we were getting ourselves into. He was an excellent mediator - being the middle person facilitating the sale ensuring the owners and ourselves are happy with the final deal. All in, we were happy to have Jack as our agent. =)
