Highly skilled effective communicator with personal integrity

I decided Jack Cohen from JKL Real Estate would be my agent to sell 2/4 Lisa Place Forster because at our first meeting his genuine interest in using his professional skills combined with his friendly open personality appealed to me. Jack then over a very short time proved my choice to be an excellent one. He was extremely helpful in appropriate pricing and strategy. However he also spent time to assist me as a non resident in presenting the villa ….even putting out the bins! First off market inspection day Jack promptly gave feedback as to interest and pricing. His professional opinion was to proceed to list the property and hold another Open House. From that inspection Jack showed his integrity and explained completely the options available. Obviously I was delighted that very quickly the villa was sold at a price which pleased me. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack as an agent. I also wish to commend JKL Real Estate for their comprehensive high standard professional team and structure. In particular I would like to recognise Sara De Mouilpied Client Services Associate-Sales for her problem solving and friendly communications. Navigating new regulations with me made the process easy. In summary Jack Cohen proved not only to have high professional skills but also to use those skills with integrity genuinely wanting to help me sell a loved home and the purchasers buy a new home they too would love.
