Coming from 20 years of work in the customer service industry, I am still in awe of Jack's open, honest, and proactive communication abilities. All other things aside, he is a likable, personable bloke who is an utter natural at connecting people to make well educated win-win deals. All agents in the market have knowledge of the industry, but there are a number of different ways that they can relay that information. Jack always put his customer intentions before anything else.
