The current real estate market, if anything, can be described as turbulent; previous benchmark prices no longer reliable. Jack Doyle can perform all the usual functions expected of a real estate salesman. But his most valuable attribute, at these times, appears to be his ability to sense how far a prospective buyer is willing to go. And, to push the process along with just the right persuasive tension. I have not directly observed this in action. But, I have been a beneficiary of its results. He has been able to pull the rabbit out of the hat, more than once.
From the first meeting with Jack, when he provided tailored information regarding my property's market potential, to the day of settlement, when he called to advise me things had been finalised, Jack has been a responsive, committed and outstanding agent to work with.
