Jack was a friendly and knowledgable REA

I spoke with Jack a few times during the inspections that took place, I let him know that I was interested but still looking. Jack as we discussed let me know if others had shown interest, and was able to work with me when it came to securing the deal. At the end of the day his job is to get the best deal he thinks he can for the sellers, and I felt I got a good deal as buyer. If I needed to speak with Jack I never had to wait too long, and when I spoke with him I was able to get the answers I wanted or was given a clear timeline on when he'd reach out with them. This is written pre-settlement but throughout the inspections he's been accomodating and friendly, with a good understanding of the area.
