. . . or should that be 'Proactive Jack' Proactive 1: Through a friend of a friend, Jack became aware that I, as an executor of my late mother's estate, was required to sell this approx. 1 hectare property with dwelling, and he reached out to me, to put his hat in the ring. Jack did not get the gig! Proactive 2: Some eight months later, mindful the property was still had not sold, he reached out again somewhat surprised that it hadn't sold. Proactive 3: Jack put in a proposal with the spin being to specifically aim to the many Christmas-period holiday makers visiting South Gippsland. Proactive 4: I received reports each week informing me of interest shown and viewings done. Jack turned the slightest interest shown into an inspection. Proactive 5: He engineered the Sale; or more correctly, created 'an offer', which, with his honed negotiating skills, resulted in 'SOLD' Though Settlement is still to happen, Jack's love and commitment to his profession shines through with transparent honesty. It is these traits that has given both Vendor and Purchaser enormous pleasure.
