We bought our first home from Jack in December 2023, out of all the agents we dealt with in the process of looking at homes, Jack was the least helpful, showed the least integrity and was the least professional. In the process of purchasing our home, Jack was difficult to contact and we had to chase him multiple times for information. Jack didn't offer a final inspection, on the day of purchase, Jack texted us to let us know the settlement was done and that the keys to our new house were left at our new property. There was no phone call, no hand over of keys at the house or his office, just congrats by text and there you go they are at the property.
