We are so grateful to have purchased a property through Jack. He made everything easy, was prompt with replies and was always willing to help addresses any questions. We would highly recommend working with him.

Jack was very personable and friendly, and made an effort to be more helpful and available than was strictly necessary. Even after we moved he checked in with us to make sure I didn't have any more questions etc. I found his sales pitch a little over-enthusiastic, I had to laugh when he described the tiniest kitchen in the world as "the perfect size for the modern family", since that element is clearly the primary downfall of the property. It would've been better to turn the negative into a positive and say it's "modest" and "contained" or something, right? There were a few things like that where he was a bit allergic to acknowledging any shortcomings of the place at all, which is silly because obviously every property has lowlights, and purchasers will appreciate the transparency and acknowledgement for lowlights they've already noticed. His associate didn't know anything about the property and staged lit candles under the bathroom cabinets which left soot marks, but this review isn't for her. Once she had shown me the wrong parking spot and storage cage, Jack was more than happy to come back another time and show me the true areas. For negotiation, Jack applied gentle encouraging pressure to up the price, but nothing too pushy, basically an ideal middle ground negotiator for vendor and purchaser. Jack also spent some time to help me measure the place after purchase, so I could organise furniture. He helped me work out how turn on various appliances and was quite warm and chatty, able to paint a great picture of what living there would be like. He also had an impressive grasp of the enormous building and surrounding area. Frankly, Jack was a pleasure to work with.

We started the open house beginning Feb and the buyer closed end May. Throughout, Jack kept me informed on the developments in a timely and concise manner. I appreciated the "to the point "updates regardless of the time of the day. Prior to that he liaised with the current tenants which was by no means easy hence we were able to generate enough leads through the open house. What I'm most happy about is that he was able to adjust our strategy as we came across issues along the way eg.. change the price range to get more online views.
