Being on the other side of the country is always a bit of a concern. Having had appraisals by other real estate agents gave me little confidence in achieving my target sale price. From the moment I spoke with Jack, he was confident that the target could be met - in fact the sale price was $5K above target! I saved on marketing costs , due to the fact that Jack had a clients ready to view the property I will have no hesitation in recommending Jack Harvey and the Coronis team for sale / purchase of property.

We were bullied and pressured. We were waiting on bank approval (during covid so was really slow!) And His co worker would ring us everyday pressuring for approval to the point we nearly pulled out of the sale. Was pressured into a 30day settlement which ended up being 60 days. Lawyer fees for seller were passed onto us as cronis insist on seller and buyer using their lawyer office. Even received a text message which was meant for the coronis lawyer office stating "we can get them all, ah well!" (Because we outsourced our lawyer). The house we bought was filthy! Not one room was cleaned, it looked like a dog had climbed the walls in mud. This was all very well hidden during initial viewing. No pre settlement viewing was offered. I WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH JACK AGAIN!
