I recently engaged Jack Ho and his team to sell my property, and we would like to share my honest feedback about the experience. Overall, we found their service to be satisfactory. Selling a property can be a nervous and emotionally demanding experience. Lot of factors can come into play and some maybe beyond your control. Jack and his team displayed a decent level of professionalism and a good understanding of the local real estate market. They were responsive to our initial inquiry and demonstrated a good knowledge of the selling process, which was reassuring. During the listing process, they provided us with valuable information about pricing, market trends, and comparable properties. Jack also gave us recommendations on areas on the property that needed improvement to attract potential buyers and fetch a better selling price. He also provided referrals for the improvement work. All the referrals did what was expected of them. Some we would gladly recommend to others while some, we would only use once. This is more of a feedback to Jack and his team rather than a complaint. However, there was a particular area where we felt the service fell a bit short. Firstly, while they did bring potential buyers to view the property, we felt that the marketing for our home could have been a bit better. We ended up with only one serious buyer at the auction. We sold our property but below our reserve price - which was set in consulation with Jack. It is hard to tell if location was the main factor and/or other factors deterred the potential buyers. We still feel that Jack and his team did their best but some of these factors were beyond their control. In conclusion, my experience with Jack and his team was fair. They possess the basic skills and knowledge required for the job. I would still put Jack and his team on your shorlist of top agents in the area.
