Jack kept his word and delivered on his promise to secure us the best price in the current marketplace. It wasn't the easiest home to sell given its age but Jack persevered, stayed positive and delivered a great price in just over a month. Jack is the best agent in the Hills District without a doubt
Jack, as principal of the Murdoch Lee agency proved to us that he is a great team leader. We decided to sell our home in winter just before the end of the financial year. Some would say not the best time and after several weeks we began to think so too. Our agent worked hard and patiently to achieve our agreed price, but it was Jack's determination not to lose the deal and support his team that secured our buyer. He is an excellent negotiator and we are very happy with the result.
Jack and his team had an extensive knowledge of the market, which helped us make wise decisions on the price and promotion of our house. We were able to trust his advice, leading us to getting the price we believe was most acceptable. He kept us up to date with movements towards the sale and was most respectful of our wishes. I would recommend Jack and his team at Murdoch and Lee to anyone wanting a smooth transition to sale of their home.
We couldn't have put the sale of our house in better hands. Jack is a superstar, from helping us with getting the property in shape to getting the house sold in just over a week for our expectations. We live interstate & from the moment I visited Jack I had a great vibe about his sales approach & his demeanour. Once we made the decision on choosing Jack to sell our house he was always helping us reach the best sales price in our street to date. Whether it be taking our calls on the weekend or in the evening he was always available to chat with us. Jack helped organise a painter, handyman & getting new carpet laid to give our property a spruce up in order to have it look its best prior to going to market. Jack also helped us find a solicitor, again another thing we needed to do from interstate. His knowledge of the local market as well as his personable approach is second to none. We were able to get a price that both my wife and I were ecstatic with. Not only did he achieve the highest price for a sale in our street, he stuck to his guns and got a price within the range he first suggested when we met. You hear stories about other agents who get the contract for the sale & then pressure the owners to accept a lower price when it comes time to sell, but Jack was true to his word & we got more than we initially thought we could.
I found Jack to be very professional and st the same time friendly and approachable. I would recommend Jack and Murdoch Lee - Castle Hill to any prospective seller.
Jack made an effort to listen to exactly what we wanted in our new home, he also listened to what our financial circumstances were. Jack was able to give us an accurate market appraisal on our existing home which assisted us in making an informed decision on the purchase of our new home in the same area. He was able to work with both the buyer and seller looking after both parties interests with minimal fuss. He works very hard and knows the local market well.
Jack Ho has fantastic local property market knowledge and excellent closing sale skill. Highly recommend.
