Jack and his team had a very good understanding of the property, able to quickly answer questions and provide all the details we needed. They were also confident and clear in communication, but never pushy. And Jack went the extra mile to drive to our place late on a Friday for a contract signing which was much appreciated.

Most importantly, Jack worked hard to secure a sale for a good price and did so a couple of weeks after listing. It was a great result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack and the Realm team.

Jack and his team are nice enough. I would encourage them to communicate more appropriately for business transactions. Not responding to messages when I made offers on a property for almost twenty-four hours to (in my opinion) garner a higher bid and when Jack did, he was informal starting with ‘hey’ each time he communicated via text. Additionally I did not appreciate the message to hurry up and sign the contract although I was waiting for my solicitor to receive and read the contract. To me it was about the sale and not the service. I am writing this review to stop the emails that keep coming to make a review. Overall, and although I did purchase through Realm and that was because the property suited my needs, as I said nice enough but would I use Realm again? Unlikely. And no I do not wish to discuss this further because I did not give a 5 star rating to Realm.
