Firstly it was a big decision for us to go with an "OUT OF AREA" agency. The choice was made on communication, confidence, keenness and just a comfortable feel with working with these guys. We didn't get a sale through the auction period, it was a few weeks later. The follow up and continued communication was excellent. Extra effort above and beyond was given in checking lawns for mowing and watering some new plants that needed extra love , getting staging furniture removed.
