He noticed that we needed to be reassured that a tricky sale of a deceased estate was not unique. He showed us a video of a house just like ours the first time we met. He was already anticipating our needs - and he really never stopped noticing and offering and suggesting. He made us feel able to accept his help in getting the place to market.
