Jack was fabulous every step of the way. I reached out to a few agents but Jack stood out. He presented as honest and very personable. Pleasingly, Jack put no pressure on us to sign an agent’s agreement or sell. This was especially important to us as we were still going through the deliberation process. Jack’s valuation was spot on and he negotiated a price which we were very pleased with. The sale was by private treaty and without any marketing, yet Jack managed to sell the property within a few days of the one and only inspection. Jack has a great temperament and, to reiterate, an honest demeanour. I would certainly use him again. Thank you, Jack.
