Prior to engaging Jack to sell my property in Sanctuary Point, I spoke to a couple of agents in the area. What I liked about Jack is he is authentic and tells it like it is. As an out of area investor, choosing an honest, competent agent with current, on-the-ground knowledge was a high priority. Jack's communication exceeded my expectations, he answers/returns calls after hours, constantly kept me updated along the way, I always felt informed and he never put pressure to 'condition' my expectations down to the market, which I have heard some agents do. We were presented a wide range of offers during the sales campaign, the choice was always ours and he wasn't pushy - Rather than tell us his opinion on what we should do with the offers, he would allow us the space to consider and decide, only giving his personal feedback if we sought it. Given that we are in uncertain Covid times, we weren't sure what to expect of the market but Jack took on the challenge, worked hard, worked smart and did a great job helping us to achieve a sale at a price we are satisfied with.
