Jack is polite and courteous and handled my sale with professionalism and ease. The whole process was very smooth and he went out of his way to make the sale possible and was great with the existing tenant. He has a good knowledge of the local area and this shows when you speak to him. Will definitely use his services again and would recommend him highly.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jack, since we bought our property in 2012 and just recently selling the property (May 2017). He knows Mt Druitt inside/out, so this specialised knowledge is absolutely key. He is very communicative and kept us in close communication and guidance throughout the selling process which minimised our stress levels greatly! Overall highly recommended, you can not go wrong! He is the best in Mt Druitt hands down.
Jack handled the sale of my property in a professional manner . He was always understanding the clients needs. His courtesy and politeness made him a pleasure to work with.
I know Jack since 2014 when I brought first home with help of Jack and when we decided to sale this property after 3 years we straight went to him to assist us to sale this as we knew he is best man for the job. Looking forward to buy another property with his help. Thank you. Jimit Joshi.
Jack has helped us immensely moving our properties. He has showcased great in depth understanding of local market knowledge and very upfront and frank with his assessments. He acknowledges our requirements and teams up with us to achieve the desired outcome for all concerned parties. His advises are not sugarcoated and really direct, detailing and stating the facts as it is. Pleasure to work with as he has been very open to ideas but will not shy away giving directions. Maintains a very professional stance but can be down to earth and candid at the same time. Looking forward working with Jack in the future and for more years to come. Goes without saying a highly recommended agent.
This is the second property jack has sold for me. he done a great job and achieved for me the result I was after within 2 weeks being on the market. I will continue to use him again for my next sale.

I was delighted with speed of sale, price achieved and price achieved, jack was professional and pleasant to work with and took all the stresses out of the sale.
From beginning to end, Jack and his team provided outstanding customer service regarding the sale of our property. He ensured that we were updated at every step, even going out of his way to source us a reliable solicitor and organising for cleaning services in preparation for a smooth settlement. Jack was extremely realistic and professional, delivering upon every promise made during the sale process. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell property in our area.
Jack and Danny did a great job and got us a fantsatic price for our home.
I knew Jack was the real estate agent for me from the very first meeting, Jack was very calming, prompt, professional, helpful and showed a genuine interest in the property and the circumstances around the sale of my house, which was sold within 7 days. I could not fault the communication following every inspection and open home of my property. I would highly recommend Jack Nahas from Laing + Simmons Mount Druitt.
Jack had previously sold my unit 4 years ago. When the decision came to sell my family home he was the first person I contacted. He worked very hard, was always contactable and I was always kept informed of feedback on how the campaign was going. If I ever need to sell my new home I wouldn’t hesitate to use jack again.
