My wife and myself were moving from Melbourne to Paynesville. Although we had been to paynesville several times we were not familiar with the greater area. We had a set criteria that we felt was benificial to us and Jack, with his knowledge of the local market was able to show us several properties that met that criteria. Therefore each property that he showed us would have been suitable but he was able to get us into a great place with a great negotiated price. We were is a position where we had sold our melbourne property and wanted to purchase before settlement nad Jack was able to negotiate a same date settlement for Paynesville which certainly took considerable stress out of the process and we were able to move in the same day we left Melbourne - terrific. We have now been in paynesville for over 3 months now and have kept in touch with Jack through other social issues and assistance which just adds to his capability in assisting his clients.
