Throughout the campaign process, I appreciated the regular updates I got over the phone from Jack following each inspection or noteworthy lead/inquiry from potential buyers. Even following a quiet inspection, I would get those calls, along with recommendations or next steps for improvement (I'm making special note of this since it's easy to deliver good news, but more important to communicate when things needed to be improved). I also believe his follow-up of potential buyers was very good in the same way. Finally, when getting to the pointy end of negotiating the sale price, Jack was able to bring the buyer up a little to get the deal done. I would happily work with Jack again in future.
