Jack seems driven by a desire to help others. His communication style is open and friendly. He listens carefully to others and strives to provide relevant thoughtful responses. At times he is let down by the poor quality of information he gets from others. He is very new to the real estate business and with further experience is likely to adapt quickly and thus become a force that distinguishes between fact and fiction. Jack’s well developed service approach was demonstrated by him always getting back to me, generally but not always, in a timely way with the information I was seeking. I would advise Jack to establish in his mind why he thinks particular agents are better than others and then to model his behaviour on the former and not the latter.
