Selling our house with Jack's & to a degree Riley's assistance, was quite an experience! Jack instilled confidence in us that not only would we be able to sell with no real problem, but also that we'd achieve our asking price. Both Jack & Riley gave us great advice in order to appeal to the general public & sure enough - we sold the house : twice! And in both instances, the price achieved was more than we were asking. Also, our sale occurred in less than 2 weeks of the property being on the market - both times. Our first buyer's finances hadn't been arranged so he had to cancel the sale. This was disappointing to us but Jack wasn't at all concerned; he said there'd be no problem with another sale. As he said, it wasn't the house's fault! And sure enough, in no time at all we sold the house a second time!! Our whole experience with Jack, from go to woah has been one of professionalism, wonderful assistance & a 'can do' attitude. Jack also took the time to listen to our concerns, opinions and ideas and helped us deal with all we brought up. Every time Jack & I spoke, nothing was too much trouble to him.
