1. I contacted a few agencies and Jack turned up immediately with everything/all the services that I needed to know. 2. Jack and Joanne knew what they were doing, they have all the factors to be the best agent. Jack led me to a straight direction and it worked. 3. He kept me updated every single time. I never had to follow up with Jack or Joanne, they always called me first. They replied to my messages/calls “immediately”. They didn’t say much, but all the important info I needed. 4. There was a time that I thought it was difficult, but Jack didn’t give up and always reassured me. 5. I chose the right agent. I wish there are more than 5 stars for Jack and Joanne.
