He has conducted both purchases and sales for us and in both situations his conduct was very professional and at the same time not too over the top with expressing his professional opinion. We first met Jack when we were considering how to sell my father's house following his sudden passing. We picked initially because he was local and selling a similar style and age of house. He came around, looked over the property and gave us some sound advice that we subsequently followed. When it came time to sell, we selected Jack and two others to look over the property and provide us with strategy and commission etc. We ultimately went with Jack and Illawarra Estate Agents who had taken over Ray White at Warilla. Jack worked very hard for us to get a buyer, despite a softening market and an offer that was subsequently withdrawn. During that time he also had to be patient with the family as we were going through a challenging and emotional time dealing with the sale. The house sold for a price that we were happy with. Jack understands the local market and honours his word. He communicates well with his clients and is mindful of their circumstances.
