You can tell when discussing real estate with him that he is knowledgeable and that he is honest in his responses and dealings, unlike other real estate agents who will bend the truth to make a sale. When negotiating the purchase price of the house, Jack was very open and honest regarding the value of the house and an appropriate price to offer. Throughout the entire process Jack was very easy to get a hold of and returned phone calls as soon as he was able. We bought our house through Jack. Jack has been very helpful throughout the whole process. He was very efficient in his dealings with the different parties (house owner, builder, bank, etc) and very good at providing information.
