We would highly recommend Jack as an agent. We had a great experience selling our home with him. We really appreciated his sound advice, knowledge and professionalism. Jack and his team have such a down to earth approach and we were able to sell our property very quickly and ultimately stress free. Jack is a great communicator and was always available.
Jack is a true professional. Responsive, fair and lovely to work with. We were really happy with the result.
I recently purchased my first house. Knowing nothing about the process, Jack was very supportive and helpful. He essentially held my hand during the whole process and made the process easy to understand step by step. I would certainly recommend anyone who is buying a property to go through Jack and will certainly use him in the future.
From start to finish Jack was amazing. He expertly guided us on how to achieve the best sale price possible. His background of construction and full suite of excellent tradesman helped us immensely in achieving an outstanding sale price of $90k+ above our asking. Thanks so much Jack!
Jack was amazing, without his guidance and honesty I don’t think we would have secured our first property. Being a first home buyer we were pretty clueless on the whole process and he walked us through it with confidence. I highly recommend him and can’t shout my praises loudly enough, thanks again, David Chipperfield.
Jack was right by our side through the entire process! As we were purchasing our first home, Jack made sure we understood the process and willingly answered all our questions! We are so grateful to have had such a great agent taking us through this normally very stressful experience, yet he made it as stress free as possible! Thanks so much Jack
Jack was very clear and honest throughout the buying process. His knowledge about buildings as well as the real-estate market was amazing. I'd want to work with Jack if we ever needed to buy or sell.
From start to finish Jack was amazing! He provided us advice on how to achieve the best sale price possible. With his knowledge of construction and excellent trades on hand we followed his advice and achieved a sale price of $91,000 over our asking price.
He was professional and very honest from the very beginning. I had a bad experience with selling agents before as a buyer, but Jack is different. He provided accurate information and negotiations went smoothly. I definitely recommend Jack!
After a really exceptional experience having Jack sell our home, Jack advised he would begin looking for alternate purchase options for us. True to his word, just a few months later he came to us with a wonderful home in our dream location. Far from transactional, Jack is relational, true to his word, fair and straightforward - a rarity in our real estate experience! We are really grateful to him for our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of real estate. Goes out of his way to be helpful in numerous ways which makes the client feel comfortable and secure. Very reliable and gives so much of his time beyond what would normally be expected.
Jack told me he would have the house sold quickly, which I somehow doubted because the house is on a main road. Sure enough, only in a matter of weeks and he reached our target figure and the property sold, with a quick settlement. The sale went very smoothly without a hitch. I sincerely thank Jack and his team for selling our property so quickly for the price we wanted.
