Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm the property was listed and ultimately sold within the agreed price range. During the contract process, a building and pest inspection identified concerns, and while repairs were undertaken, follow-up testing prior to settlement indicated the issue remained. Jack worked closely with all parties in an effort to resolve the matter and facilitate settlement; however, consistent with the prior agreement reached through solicitors, an adjustment was applied as the matter remained unresolved.
While marketing fees were agreed at the outset, these were ultimately waived in good faith, and the campaign was provided at no cost.
