Jack was always cooperative, open and honest and went the extra mile when we purchased a home off him. The negotiation process was complex and challenging however Jack never made us feel inadequate or troublesome and the deal was finalised. As an example of going the extra distance, Jack even vacuumed the house on the day we moved in because the owners were overseas. That's an example of top service!
