Jack is a consistently proactive and aggressive (in a good way!) agent who was constantly working on selling my property for me even in the face of a difficult market and some particularly difficult circumstances relating to my specific property. Jack is a great communicator who always ensured that interested buyers were fully across the issues relating to the property and while he always highlighted the merits and benefits of the property to buyers, he also ensured that genuinely interested buyers were fully informed of issues relating to the property and given a realistic view of those issues, which always headed off problems with "nasty surprises" for buyers which might have turned them off the property if they discovered those issues on their own.
