I appointed Jack not just because his terms were competitive and had good reviews, but because based on our initial conversations, I liked his communication style and had a good feel for his operating style, and this turned out to be the right call. We got a great outcome on the sale of my investment property (1B Alexandria) and Jack was very easy to work with. He was responsive and available when needed (I did not get passed around colleagues) and managed various stakeholders as needed incl managing agent, tenants, painter, stylists, etc, during a period when I had less time for this myself (which was greatly appreciated). His communication was great and very happy with his service from start to finish - Jack impressed me (which isn't easy) and would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to sell in the area.

Jack helped us with our apartment purchase during covid. In two of the properties we have inspected he had organised private viewing and prioritises everyone's safety. Jack gave us a good insight of each property's potentials and limitations. He also provided all the details to complete the process. Would recommend him to anyone.
