Perth property market in 2019 is the worst ever for sellers and Jack was tasked to do the impossible for me....and he delivered! There was nothing fake about the way Jack handled my sale, I genuinely felt he was looking out for my best interest as though I was his close friend. Even before I agreed to appoint him as my sales agent, he took the time to research the potential sub-division opportunities for my specific block. He provide me a 'cost/benefit' analysis of certain sub-division options which demonstrated his knowledge in the building industry. That's when I knew he was the one for me! Throughout the 9 months sales process, he faced many challenges with access to the property, tyre-kickers not turning up to home inspection appointments and a general dis-interest from the public. But he still persisted with regular phone calls informing me of results from home opens. I never felt he was pressuring me to lower my asking price just to make a sale. His soft-skills are his greatest characteristics; always polite and calm when dealing with disagreement, present options when faced with blockers, patient and energetic when I'm fatigued and have given up.
