Third, he offers appropriate advice to improve the property before selling, accompanied by thorough explanations for why these recommendations are necessary. Fourth, he keeps the vendor updated, and given that I was not in Sydney when selling the property, the weekly communications help. Finally, the decision to wait for the auction or settle the deal before the date, based on the current data available, is well-informed.
