Jacki has been amazing to deal with for the purchase of our property, providing assistance with access prior to settlement to get quotes for work to begin immediately after settlement. Also organising an additional inspection with Eleanor (who was also lovely to deal with) for my son to see the property, as he could not attend at the same time as the rest of the family. Emails along the way leading up to settlement with updates, moving advise etc. Truly impressed and felt care for both the seller and purchaser. Thank you
