Jackie was friendly and had a warm personality. She had a great smile and presented professionally. Jackie arrived at all appointments on time and had a good brochure for the property. Unfortunately for us, Jackie omitted to tell us about a key risk of the house until the later stages of negotiations in relation to a non-compliant part of the house that would have affected the house price if known earlier. This created anxiety and stress for us. We felt that at one point Jackie possibly did not pass on some specific information to the owner as requested, and so this prompted us to go through our conveyancer for communication the next time. This gave us the impression that Jackie was potentially more loyal to the seller than the buyer. Disappointingly, Jackie neglected to tell us that she moved real estate agents during the sale, which resulted in us trying to contact her via her work email but getting no response, leaving us confused. Additionally, Jackie changed our pre-settlement appointment time although booked for three weeks prior. Jackie was inconsistent with confirming that tasks had been completed, and with confirming scheduled appointments closer to the date. On the bright side, Jackie gave us a nice gift at the end which was a nice gesture.

Jackie was more than helpful through the process of selling our property. We were never left wondering as her communication was outstanding. We were kept up to date daily and sometimes hourly making the process as smooth as possible. Jackie worked hard to get us the best price possible ensuring as many potential purchases as possible visited our property during the campaign.
