I met Jackie Dalton 8 years ago when my husband and I decided to downsize from the property we were living in at Pelican Waters. We originally were interested in buying another block of land and building a much smaller house. However when we enquired about which blocks were available Jackie advised us they had all been sold. The open houses were well attended and many buyers asked if someone actually lived there because it was so clean and tidy with beautiful gardens that they could actually picture themselves living there.
