Jackie Ji was absolutely fantastic from the beginning. It was refreshing to find an agent who was transparent and actually had both the interests of the buyers and the vendors at heart. She was extremely prompt with responses and questions & she was wonderful to deal with. We saw the property about 7 times, including different family members and everyone said the same - that she was wonderful. She was also so happy for us when we bought the property. It was a big move as a first family and her excitement and support was genuine and warm! It was truly an incredible first time experience to buy our family home through Jackie (and Vivienne). They were both so wonderful and we are very grateful for them :)
