When we found our dream home at right location, there was already one more offer on it and Qi Wang was honest about it and told us the auction price guide set at currently. Qi Wang helped us with enough information to make a decision, so we could submit our offer aiming at acquiring the property within our budget. Qi Wang helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other ones and to purchase the property outright before the house being auctioned. Her responds are quick and promptly replies to emails or mobile text messages even outside of working hours to get the desired results. She has been all involved in real estate which gives buyers a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints.
