Throughout the entire process of selling property, Jackie acted professionally, had great attention to details and was passionate. Communication was immediate. We had a wonderful experience working with Jackie. I would recommend Jackie to everyone selling homes.
It was unfortunate the market is not at its best and due to circumstances, both external and internal - the price achieved was lower than what I’d had hoped for. Alas it was a buyers market, Jackie understood this and helped make the decision I made easier to digest.
Jackie was a an excellent agent for us during the selling and buying of our house. She was incredibly informative and was able to answer all our questions and support us through the process.
I used to think all agents are the same, after my own experience, I changed my mind, they are very different. We felt so lucky to have Jackie as our selling agent, she’s passionate about her job, her professionalism and marketing background has contributed to a great marketing campaign. She’s proactive in finding the right buyers and she's never been pushy while it comes to sell, she kept her promise and worked so hard to get the best possible price to protect our best interest as the sellers. There were 3 bidders at our auction, however our property still got passed in at a price we were not happy to let go, I was very upset with the outcome and the weak market. However, I still remembered Jackie said to me "Don't worry, auction result doesn't mean anything, let's not under sell your property today, I will find the right buyer who will pay the right price for your home!" Instead of putting pressure on us, she gave us hope. Thank you again Jackie, without your persistence, focus, constant follow ups and dedication, we won't get the price we want for our home. Call her if you want the best service in real estate industry.
We chose Jackie because of the same cultural background, no language barrier and most importantly her professionalism and constant follow ups. We have confidence in her although she's not from the area. Overall, we are very happy with her and the team at Raine and Horne Ashfield.
She is friendly and professional . We totally trust her althrow the process.
jackie is a professional and responsible agent it’s very happy work with her
I have been looking around the market for over a year and knew Jackie for a long time. She always provides me with professional advice as well as very good service, most importantly with high level of integrity and consideration. She is very familiar with the area and the market trend. I could not thank her more for my final purchase and really enjoy the whole experience of my first property hunting journey with her. I would highly recommend Jackie as a professional agent to everyone!
In a tough market, our investment unit was successfully sold at the auction last Saturday, a big THANK YOU to our hard working agent Jackie Wang. My husband and I both felt very grateful about the decision to appointed Jackie from Raine and Horne Ashfield to handle the sale. We approached Jackie because she sold a 2-bedroom unit close to ours, ground floor, without parking, similar conditions in a declining market for an outstanding price. We trusted her ability and as she promised, she worked so hard and delivered a great result for us. We are residing overseas, however during the auction campaign, she kept us well informed with every piece of information that helped us to reach the final result. She’s clearly minded, gave great advise, always contactable, return our calls and messages no matter how late it was, we felt she is the most responsive agent we’ve ever dealt with. She also maintained a really good relationship with our tenants which wasn’t even managed by Raine and Horne, that enabled her to conducted quite a few private inspections with keen buyers. Again, we’d like to take the chance to thank Jackie sincerely, and wish her all the best with everything! If you are thinking of selling, we recommend you to contact Jackie immediately.
Thank you so much for your great help and excellent service, Jackie! Best luck to you! From Annu
