Can I start by saying that I'm not related to Jackie and as such this is my unbiased opinion of my experience with her. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Jackie provided with the sale of my late Father's unit at Victoria Towers. Nothing was too much bother for her to assist not only in the sale process but also to help with the removal of furniture, organizing tradesmen and then supervising them so saving me having to make the arrangements and then attend Dad's unit whilst the tradesmen were there. Also Jackie was able to assist in selling items of my Fathers and suggest who should be contacted for various repairs and who was reasonably priced and did quality workmanship. I have no doubt that I saved hundreds if not thousands of dollar in costs as a result of Jackie's recommendations. During the sales process Jackie kept me constantly informed of any enquiries and the progress of each potential buyer. Jackie did have to put quite a few hours into finally achieving the sale of Dad's unit but we finally obtained a fantastic result and was extremely happy with the final price.
