He impressed us with his negotiation skills and after sale service. Jackson always presents a positive outlook and he endeavours to build a long lasting relationship with his customers. 7 years after, it was an easy decision to assign Jackson as our selling agent. Our home was put on market just after the budget was announced. There was uncertainty in where the property market was heading to. Jackson was optimistic, generous with his time, explaining every step very clearly and at the same time making us feel that we were listened to. With his profound knowledge in marketing and selling, the sale price exceeded our expectations. This is absolutely the outcome of Jackson’s dedication and well execution of his sale campaign.

Jackson was top tier from the very beginning. His communication was excellent and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process to us right at the start, which gave us a lot of confidence. We originally engaged Jackson to sell our apartment in a few months’ time, but when we unexpectedly found another property earlier than planned, he had our apartment on the market within a week. He even set up a WhatsApp group with my husband and I so that all communication was transparent and we were always on the same page. What really stood out was that Jackson didn’t come across as money-driven (which can be rare in real estate). He genuinely seemed focused on getting the best outcome for us and making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I was very clear from the start that I’m not someone who deals well with sales spin — I just wanted honesty — and that’s exactly what Jackson delivered.
