He did more inspections than we expected and communicated with us thoroughly after every one, and multiple times through the week whenever we had hurdles or concerns through the sale. Even when the initial photos were taken and marketing content was created, he had great attention to detail and was meticulous in making sure it was perfect. We had also given Jackson quite a difficult time frame to work around and he nailed it! This is the 3rd sale we have made and by far, the best agent we've used. We're stoked with what he was able to achieve! Would definitely recommend.

Jackson was top tier from the very beginning. His communication was excellent and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process to us right at the start, which gave us a lot of confidence. We originally engaged Jackson to sell our apartment in a few months’ time, but when we unexpectedly found another property earlier than planned, he had our apartment on the market within a week. He even set up a WhatsApp group with my husband and I so that all communication was transparent and we were always on the same page. What really stood out was that Jackson didn’t come across as money-driven (which can be rare in real estate). He genuinely seemed focused on getting the best outcome for us and making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I was very clear from the start that I’m not someone who deals well with sales spin — I just wanted honesty — and that’s exactly what Jackson delivered. If we ever sell or buy again, we will 10000% be using Jackson again.
