Jackson was completely professional throughout our entire purchase. He was very approachable and willing to help at any given time. His communication was incredibly efficient between us and the sellers, and he was always willing to provide information or guidance when we needed it. We never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response from him or the sellers. He went out of his way to be honest with us, and that transparency took a lot of the stress out of the process. This is the first house we have bought and Jackson made it a much easier process than it could have been.
