Finally found the right agent

We went through a couple of agents before Jackson and honestly weren't getting anywhere near our asking price. Jackson managed to sell it for more than we even expected, which was a huge relief. The Seller disclosure was a bit of a headache and we weren't sure how things would go, but Jackson kept telling us not to worry and just stayed on top of everything. He'd check in regularly and let us know where things stood. Never felt like he was going to bail on us. When he told us the final number, we were pretty shocked. He made kind of a thing out of revealing it which was fun. Really happy with how everything turned out. If you need someone solid, talk to Jackson.
