I met Jackson 8 months ago when he was fighting with another agent to list my house for sale. Unfortunately for me, I went with Raywhite as I friend had recommended it, which was a terrible decision. I had my property listed on the market for 2.5 months and the agent could not sell it due to his incompetency and lack of commitment. Even though I did not engaged Jackson initially to sell my house, he kept calling me every week to check how things was going with the sale process; he also was surprise as to why I had not sold the house at that point. I decided to rent the house for 6 months and try again once the list was up. Once again, Jackson contacted me and convinced me that he could delivered outstanding results. I did not hesitate and I agreed to list it with him. On the first open inspection we had almost 20 groups coming to inspect the property and as a result of that we had a handful of offers to choose from.
